Meta Instant Forms and later communications

Depending on the form, a Meta Instant Form may ask for your name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address, company or business type, product interest, intended use, estimated quantity, and purchasing time. Later communications may also include quotation discussions, sample requirements, technical details, and messages you choose to send.

Basic website request information

A web server or hosting infrastructure may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested page, access time, referrer, and security or error information.

Please do not submit government identification numbers, account passwords, payment-card details, health information, precise location data, or other sensitive personal information through our inquiry forms.

Wismart Light is based in Shenzhen, China. If you submit information from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in China so that we can respond to your inquiry and conduct the requested business communication.

Where we use a service provider located in another country, information may also be processed there. Data-protection laws may differ between countries. Where applicable law requires a particular notice, consent, contract, transfer mechanism, or safeguard, we will apply it before or as part of the transfer.

Retention

If you use Meta, WhatsApp, or another third-party platform to communicate with us, that platform may independently process your information under its own privacy policy and terms.
